Smart Lights (or Lights Made Smart)

Many who’ve seen the Nanospark Machine Monitor sense it’s value immediately. However, most are reluctant to interrupt production and access the machine’s terminal blocks to install even such a useful tool. Well, we heard you! And in response, we developed Nanospark Machine Monitor: Smart Lights.

NSMM_SL SystemNanospark Machine Monitor lets you know of important changes in your machine- you define “important” along with when, how, and who needs to know about the changes. Machine alerts reach their recipients by email or text message.

The monitor also keeps track of the machine’s lights over time and sends out automatic machine production summaries according to the schedule and type of report that best suits you. For instance, get a simple % report detailing % of time producing vs. % of time the machine was down. Or receive a line graph detailing when the machine began production or stopped.

Our monitor has always done this so what’s so special about our new Smart Lights version? The Smart Lights version is not intrusive to your machine. That is, you don’t need to stop production or access the machine controls to install the monitor. Nor do you need to hire a machine service technician or reference the machine’s wiring diagrams.

Lightstack and Bar
Here’s how simple it is to get the benefits of machine monitoring:

    1. Attach the lightstack reader to the machine’s signal light tower.

    1. Plug the hardware in.

  1. Calibrate according to your lights.

What are the differences between the standard Machine Monitor and the new Smart Lights version?
